[design] Better in grey? NeS’s second EuroDual out

NeS has a DE18 in blue and grey – and now an EuroDual in blue and grey. Brand new ELP 2159 261 was handed over to Netzwerkbahn Sachsen on 30.08.2024:

We look forward to NeS Eurodual no.3, which will arrive in Q2 2025.
