[design] When two greens meet: ELL Vectron with Flixtrain logos

A new combination: ELL livery with Flixtrain side panels. Locomotive 193 508 is the first one to look like this. Frank Thomas spotted the new machine in Flixtrain duty in Erfurt on 15.02.2024:

The standard in Germany is that locomotives that get Flixtrain logos, all have their body completely wrapped. There are green Vectrons from Beacon Rail, ES64U2s from Beacon Rail and locomotives of the same type hired from Hector Rail.
