[FR] Yellow Belt: Alstom starts delivery of Omneo Premium Citi to Normandy

In 2020, SNCF confirmed, on behalf of the Normandy Region, two call-off orders (16+11) for XL EMUs of the Omneo family by Bombardier. It concerns the second batch of trains for the Normandie region worth EUR 407 million:
