In 2007, twelve Siemens EuroRunner ER20 diesel locomotives were delivered to Alpha Trains (then still named Angel Trains). All were initially leased to Arriva-Länderbahn-Express (or Alex), running several passenger services in the German state of Bavaria and Czechia. With these services changing operators, some are being returned to the lessor; time for an overview:
