Railcolor Design and OnTrack – Creativity for railways have released the third locomotive in the standard design of Flex Bahndienstleistungen. It is the Vectron Dual Mode with the highest painted number in service so far:
The German operator took delivery of the new Northrail 248 071 earlier this year – Now it has the same design as Smartron 192 059 and EuroDual 2159 253:
The main differences compared to the similar-looking Smartron are the grey-painted air vents, of course, and the presence of the Northrail logo, one on each side. Mathias Schrödter has already caught the machine in action in Leipzig on 28.08.2023:
