[NL] The ELL Vectrons at NS: an overview [edit]

Two more ELL Vectrons are joining the NS’ Vectron fleet: 193 500 and soon 193 934 (not 734 as we wrote before). More locomotives are expected to arrive in the coming months, as they are needed to take over IC services between Amsterdam and Berlin in December of 2023.
