[IT] Mercitalia Rail: now over thirty DC3s commissioned

On 25.09.2019 four more TRAXX DC3s were handed over by Bombardier to Mercitalia Rail. Locomotive no.031 was one of these and at the moment the locomotive with the highest number of its series. Forty machines are on order, that are being delivered from Bombardier’s plant in Vado Ligure.
