[DE / Expert] Project Regiopa: Bentheimer Eisenbahn starts passenger service

The Regiopa project is the name of a new passenger train connection in the north-west of Germany, close to the the German/Dutch border. The 28-km line, now home to the new ‘RegionalBahn 56’, connects Bentheim with Nordhorn and Neuenhaus.
