[Design] New design: ELP Eurodual for BM Bahndienste

It doesn’t always have to be grand and dramatic – for BM Bahndiente from Germany, we ensured that all the desired elements were neatly placed, using a good font and a correct position, with enough space to breathe. Finally, we added some dynamism to the orange-blue lining that the transporter typically uses:
