[design] Blue, white, orange – unified color scheme for the trains of Saxony-Anhalt in the planning

The transport authority of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt is testing colour samples at Magdeburg Central Station. The samples concern different combinations of blue, white, and orange. For example, we see RAL 5013/5011 for the blues and RAL 2004/2008 for the orange.
