In the spring of 2023, Vectron Dual Mode demo locomotive 248 019 showed up for test drives in the Czech Republic. During a few weeks, it was tested by the more prominent players of freight transport in that country and by the national carrier České dráhy as well. Now it’s time for Slovakia. At the end of November, 019 was transported to Slovakia to the Bratislava východ depot. First, a static presentation to selected carriers took place, followed by training of drivers for this type.
