At the moment, a set of ČD ‘ComfortJet’ coaches is testing in Austria, together with ÖBB 1016 021 “Gösser” and ÖBB 1016 041. Dominik Pauli was able to take a picture of the set as SPROB 93110 on the way from Vienna Westbahnhof to St. Veit/Glan near Schlöglmühl on 09.01.2024:

2024 will be the year the first ComfortJets will enter service. Unique in these times is constructing a brand new restaurant car. Testing this first vehicle started in December 2023 at the VUZ Velim test center:
