[AT] Maximum permissible contract value: ÖBB extends its 2023-Desiro ML frame contract

ÖBB Personenverkehr AG has published a Voluntary Ex-ante Transparency Notice about an additional delivery of Siemens EMUs. It concerns 15 extra 3-car trains with a 160 km/h top speed. The price is EUR 120,3 million.
