[DE] BM Bahndienste takes delivery of Vectron Dual Mode [updated]

On 25.09.2023, BM Bahndienste from Karlsruhe took delivery of a new Siemens Vectron Dual Mode locomotive. It is the first locomotive of a new batch for Northrail.
