Four vs three – this is the updated score between ELL’s Romanian and Bulgarian Smartrons. Yesterday, Railcolor News featured 192 012; now it’s time to look at the latest addition to Bulgaria’s ever-growing Class 80. The lessee of the brand-new locomotive is already known.
