[BG] Bulmarket Rail Cargo expands further its Smartron fleet [updated]

Little by little, the Smartron fleet for Bulgaria keeps expanding. Last year ended with the delivery of two such locomotives to privately-held operators PIMK Rail and Bulmarket Rail Cargo. Now the fleet keeps growing further.
