[BE] In the picture: Arriva NL’s FLIRT3s on tests in Belgium (finally) [updated]

A three-country, cross-border service between Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany that was originally planned to be introduced (way) back in 2018 is finally shaping up. It features the three-car, multi-system FLIRTs of Arriva NL. So far these EMUs were unable to reach Belgium. This is now changing.
