[ES / Expert] Falbalá: SNCF is setting up its low-cost carrier for Spain

The Spanish high-speed rail market is opening. Next to incumbent passenger operator Renfe, two new companies will enter the market: Ilsa and Rielsfera. The latter one, a subsidiary of SNCF from France, has released its first train for Spain: Avelia EuroDuplex unit nr. 807.
