[BG / Expert] Confirmed: Siemens has a third customer for its Smartron in Bulgaria

First, it was PIMK Rail, then BDZ got on board Siemens’ offerings for its Smartron design in Bulgaria. Now a third operator from the Balkan country has been officially confirmed.
