[CH] Various SBBCI Vectron updates

Today, Südleasing > SBB Cargo International 193 519 came to the Netherlands for the first time, with the train 40118 (GTS/Bologna Shuttle) to Rotterdam. Meanwhile, more locomotives get their names and stickers in Regensburg – we have updated the list.
