[PL / Expert] Rail Capital Partners orders more Pesa locomotives

At the end of 2018, Rail Capital Partners (RCP) from Poland announced two tenders, for in total 22 electric locomotives. It is official now: Pesa will deliver the 12 machines for domestic services.
