[DE / Expert] VRS and DB Regio purchase 58 new ET430 EMUs for Stuttgart

Ridership growth and network expansion are the main reasons for the Stuttgart Region to acquire 58 additional trainsets type ‘ET430’ from Bombardier and Alstom. Valued at EUR 435 million, the EMUs are to be delivered by the end of 2022.
