[DE] ET430 in turqouise: S-Bahn Stuttgart also needs new personnel

Two new fully wrapped ET430 EMUs for Stuttgart. DB Regio decided to give units 430 077/577 and 087/587 a total makeover in turquoise. The presentation took place on 11.04.2023, almost a present for Easter.
