[PL] Dragon 2 for PKP Cargo in red and white

It was announced during the contract ceremony: one of the three new ‘ET25s’ for PKP Cargo would receive a red and white livery, and here it is. This is PKP Cargo ET25-003 / Newag E6ACTa-003 in its new livery:
