[locomotive] ZSSK presents its newest Vectrons. They have to keep Slovakia moving

On December 6, 2024, Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko (ZSSK) officially presented its newest Vectron locomotives. ZSSK has leased another 15 Vectrons from RS Lease for a 10-year period, and the first two were delivered today.
