[passenger] FirstGroup secures open-access rights Carmarthen-London for new Lumo service

FirstGroup has acquired Grand Union Trains GWML Holdings, which owns the rights to launch a new rail service between Carmarthen and London Paddington. FirstGroup has also applied to expand this service with additional trains to Paignton, Devon.
