Wolfgang Mauser has been taking nice pictures of modern trains in Germany for many years. He recently decided to share a series showing us various Railcolor Design locomotives on active duty. No shiny new machines posing in workshops, but hard-working locomotives doing what they must do: haul heavy freight trains across the country.

One locomotive we want to highlight in particular – Beacon Rail 185 602 in HSL Logistik design, aka Railcolor Design locomotive no.21. This livery was released in September 2016 (!), and it is still going strong:
