[passenger] Škoda and Alstom join forces for RegioJet EMUs

RegioJet will take delivery of 23 RegioPanter EMUs from Škoda in 2026 for operation in the Ústí nad Labem region. They must be equipped with on-board ETCS. This is why Škoda and Alstom signed the contract together.
