On 15.10.2024, the Montreux Oberland Bernois Railway Company (MOB) and Stadler signed a contract for six new metre-gauge locomotives for the Goldenpass Express trains and construction and maintenance duties. Thanks to these new Ge(m) 4/4 locomotives, a custom design for the MOB can be increased, as can performance and safety on the MOB network.
