Since 2023, Norway has been negotiating with the Ukrainian authorities about donating Norwegian train sets to Ukraine. Before the summer, the Ukrainian authorities reported that accepting the trains was not practically feasible. Therefore, the Norwegian authorities have decided to end the donation.
