[passenger] VR Sverige will take control of rail traffic in northern Sweden

VR Sverige has been chosen as the new operator for Tågtrafik 2025, which concerns train traffic for Norrtåg. Traffic in the agreement, which Vy Tåg AB currently operates, will start on 14.12.2025.
