[passenger] Franconia-Thuringia Express: Siemens Desiro HC enters service on the Nuremberg-Erfurt high-speed line

On 19.10.2023, Siemens, DB Regio Bayern and Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG) officially presented the new Desiro HC for the Franconia-Thuringia Express. Since December 2023, four-car units have been in commercial service. Now their six-car sisters have joined, and these are extra fast:
