[passenger] First Impuls 2 EMU for Western Pomerania arrives in Szczecin

In July 2023, West Pomerania / Zachodniopomorskie signed a contract with Newag to supply new Impuls 2 EMUs. Now the first of eight ordered trains is on the tracks.
