[passenger] SBB orders more FLIRT Evo EMUs for French connections

In October 2021, SBB, Thurbo, and RegionAlps announced the winner of their large tender for new EMUs. The operators signed a frame contract for up to 510 EMUs, including a first call-off order for 286 trains with Stadler Rail. Meanwhile, the first units have been completed. Time to order more!
