The success story of CZ Loko in Italy continues. The Czech manufacturer keeps selling EffiShunter 1000 and class 741.7 diesel shunters to Italy. This time, railway infrastructure companies have shown their appetite for new locomotives:
CZ Loko likes to publish 2D visuals of its future projects, so this gives us a great opportunity to present the new customers one by one:
In recent weeks, the Czech company has received new orders for 741s from Italian railway infrastructure companies:
- 4x GCF;
- 1x Gefer (in GCF livery);
- 6x Valsecchi;
- 2x Salcef.
All locomotives will be identical, excluding livery, to those already delivered. The new vehicles will be registered inside the RUMO (Registro Unico Mezzi d’Opera) of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, the list of work vehicles circulating on the Italian railways. The delivery of all units is expected in the coming months:
