[passenger] Arriva is buying HLB diesel trains for South Moravia [updated]

Liberalisation of the Czech rail network is in full swing. Private carriers are beating České dráhy in many tenders to provide publicly tendered transport. Arriva is one of them, and it has been successful. From December 2024, it will start on more lines.
