[passenger] ARF: Pesa awarded two EMU contracts in Romania [updated]

The Railway Reform Board (Autoritatea pentru Reformă Feroviară, ARF) announced on 14.09.2023 that it had selected Pesa for its RE-IR2 tender for new passenger trains. This is what Pesa offered:
