[locomotive] Green Cargo starts replacing TRAXX with Vectron on Sweden-Germany corridor [updated]

In the second week of August 2023, the first of ten new Vectron locomotives for Green Cargo arrived in Sweden, in Malmö to be more exact. In 2024, the operator will start using the new locomotives to primarily boost its international traffic on the Malmö-Maschen corridor in Germany.
