ČD is currently in the middle of taking delivery of large quantities of Vectron locomotives from RS Lease (RSL) to rejuvenate its locomotive fleet rapidly. Three locomotives have now temporarily found their way to its sister company, ČD Cargo, to relieve a shortage of interoperable locomotives.
