[DE] BBL Logistik orders even more VRS DE18 diesel locomotives

At the end of June, the BBL Logistik Group and Vossloh Rolling Stock (VRS) signed a purchase agreement for new DE 18 Stage V diesel locomotives. In October 2023, the order was extended:
