[DE] Honourful job: Both Press Dual Modes serve as rail measurement train

At the moment, Netz Instandhaltung’s rail measurement train (SPZ STW) is incomplete. Motor car 719 301 is missing – the other half (720 301) is working alone. Yet, the important work needs to go on – and therefore DB Netz made this train:
