[IT] TRAKO 2023: A first look at the CZ Loko DualShunter 2000

It’s already been out and about for over a month, but the general public finally got a closer look: The CZ Loko DualShunter 2000 for Mercitalia S&T. The second production locomotive is now finished and was presented at the TRAKO 2023 trade fair in Gdansk.
