[CZ] New tests for the DualShunter 2000 for Mercitalia S&T

On 09.06.2023, Czech Transport Minister Martin Kupka paid an official visit to the Jihlava workshops of CZ Loko. In that circumstance, the manufacturer unveiled the first DualShunter 2000 for Mercitalia Shunting & Terminal. Now the 190 001 is ready for new and more specific tests.
