[AT] Potential mega order: Siemens wins tender for up to 540 Mireos for ÖBB and others [edit]

It’s not every day we see an EMU framework agreement with such a volume: On 31.08.2023; Siemens Mobility announced it won the tender for a framework agreement to deliver up to 540 single-deck electric multiple-unit trains to the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB).
