[AT] ÖBB: first call-off order for Siemens 540 EMUs

On 31.08.2023, Siemens Mobility announced it won the tender for a framework agreement to deliver up to 540 Mireo EMUs to the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB). Now, the first call-off orders are being announced:
