[IT] EAV and Stadler: second framework contract for 950 mm-gauge trains

On 11.07.2023, Stadler Rail announced a second framework agreement for up to 60 electric multiple units for the regional services on the narrow-gauge railway network (950 mm) around Mount Vesuvius. Let’s put all numbers in an overview:
