Problems, problems and once again problems. In 2021 and 2023, Stadler Rail and EAV announced agreements for up to 100 EMUs for the regional services on the narrow-gauge railway network (950 mm) around Mount Vesuvius. But the road is bumpy. Have we already said there are problems?
