Before Alstom introduced its dedicated hybrid shunting locomotive platform, now better known as “Prima H3”, the manufacturer already had a hybrid concept, a rebuild based on the “Ost V100” diesel locomotive. One of these machines just got a repaint. Let’s take a closer look:
