As reported previously by Railcolor News, Deutsche Bahn, and more specifically DB Cargo, is starting to use biofuels, such as Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), as part of its strategy for climate neutrality. Now this project is advancing further with a recent demonstration that took place in Rbf München-Nord featuring an ELP EuroDual hybrid loco.
