[IT] Vossloh Rolling Stock resumes DE 18 production for Italy [updated]

Vossloh delivered eleven DE 18 locomotives to Italy between 2019 and 2021. The locomotive design was certified for commercial service in the country in June 2021, and in 2022 it became the first diesel locomotive authorised for ETCS operation in Italy. 2023 starts with new ‘IT’ DE 18s spotted during factory tests.
